A brand-new training centre in Central Europe is creating exciting opportunities for experienced aviation professionals. Designed to deliver some of the most advanced pilot training in the region, this state-of-the-art facility is set to become a key hub for aviation training.
The centre is now seeking Flight Instructors with hands-on aviation experience to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work with the PC-24 aircraft platform, delivering high-quality simulator and classroom training to pilots while helping shape the next generation of flight operations professionals.
As a Flight Instructor, you will deliver ground school and simulator-based training programmes, mentor pilots throughout their training journey, and ensure learning is delivered to the highest regulatory and operational standards. The role also involves maintaining trainee records, conducting pre- and post-flight briefings, and contributing ideas to enhance training programmes and course materials.
Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, instructors are encouraged to expand their qualifications and remain at the forefront of aviation training practices.
What They Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an experienced pilot with strong technical knowledge and a passion for training.
Key requirements include:
EASA licence
Minimum 500 hours of single-pilot flight experience
Previous instructional experience preferred (CFI, SFI, or SFE advantageous)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and training documentation
Basic computer proficiency
Willingness to travel temporarily to complete initial type and SFI ratings
Successful candidates will combine technical capability with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt training to suit different learning styles.
