Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, simulator, and ground school instruction in accordance with program standards.
- Conduct thorough pre and post-flight briefings, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in training delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely trainee records and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to curriculum and course materials.
- Provide seat support for individual clients as required.
- Assist Lead Instructors with additional duties when requested.
- Continuously work toward expanding instructor qualifications in line with program requirements.
- EASA licence required.
- Minimum 500 single-pilot flight hours.
- Previous instructional experience preferred but not essential (CFI, SFI, or SFE advantageous).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in training delivery and record-keeping.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Willingness to travel temporarily to complete initial type and SFI ratings.
- Experienced pilot with high-performance aircraft experience.
- Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Able to tailor training to meet varied client needs.
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organised, detailed, and committed to continuous improvement.
