Responsibilities:
- Embark on travel to accident or incident sites to meticulously investigate circumstances and assess damage.
- Conduct thorough inspections at engine repair facilities, confirming damage extent and repair costs.
- Carefully review and assess all elements of claims, ensuring insurers' exposure is accurately evaluated.
- Engage in effective negotiation and supervision of recovery options and repair work scopes.
- Provide detailed reports and insightful recommendations for insurers and stakeholders.
- Communicate em pathetically and efficiently with all relevant parties to smoothly progress claims.
- Utilise a diary system for claims handling and diligently monitor work progress and expenses.
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- A genuine passion for aerospace engineering/maintenance with hands-on technical and supervisory experience.
- Experience in aircraft and engine maintenance, structural repairs, and preferably, helicopters.
- Current FAA A&P license or equivalent aircraft maintenance engineer’s license.
- While a bachelor's degree is preferred, your hands-on experience and expertise are equally valued.
- 10+ years of engineering or maintenance experience in relevant industries.
