The Role
As a B1.3 Licensed Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality line maintenance across the Aberdeen base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing and certifying aircraft maintenance, including scheduled inspections, modifications (MODs), and rectification tasks.
- Ensuring all work meets required airworthiness, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Issuing certifications within the scope of your authorisation.
- Reporting any incidents, quality lapses, or issues relating to personnel, materials, equipment, facilities, or tools.
- Supporting a small, skilled engineering team in delivering reliable operational readiness.
About You
You will be a committed, safety-focused engineer with strong technical capability and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will bring:
- CAA B1.3 Licence (essential).
- Relevant helicopter maintenance experience.
- Experience or type-rating on AW189, AW130, or S92 preferred, but not essential.
- Strong work ethic with excellent safety awareness.
- High attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Motivated to deliver high standards and uphold engineering integrity.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good numerical skills and IT literacy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
