GOOSE Recruitment is delighted to be working with a fast-growing software provider in the aviation industry, who are seeking a driven sales professional with strong consultative selling skills.  This is a remote role based in the US, offering flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and excellent career growth opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and grow recurring revenue through new business and account management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Qualify leads, deliver product demos, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimise opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting within CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events (some travel required).
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales and lead generation, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Thrives on building relationships and identifying client needs
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organised and proactive, capable of managing multiple opportunities.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success.
  • Familiarity with SaaS contracts and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
