Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-potential freight forwarders, integrators, and direct shippers to drive new business.
 - Support the onboarding and development of strategic accounts in new or emerging markets.
 - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support the launch of new routes, services, and solutions.
 - Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to optimise pricing, capacity, and service offerings.
 - Map market opportunities, customer portfolios, and partner activities to identify potential growth areas.
 - Provide actionable market insights, data analysis, and lead intelligence to inform commercial strategy.
 - Participate in RFQs, strategic bids, and high-value client negotiations to secure new business.
 - Contribute to the development and rollout of value-added cargo products and digital solutions.
 - Work cross-functionally to align commercial, operational, and product development teams around customer needs and market trends.
 
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, key account management, or commercial roles within air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding.
 - Strong commercial insight with a solid grasp of cargo sales processes and customer behavior.
 - Hands-on experience with RFQs, pricing approaches, and implementing digital solutions.
 - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
 - Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to deliver results under pressure.
 - Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and full professional proficiency in English.
 - Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as needed.
