At GOOSE, we’re partnering with a leading international cargo and logistics group in the search for a Business Development Manager. This role will focus on expanding commercial partnerships, developing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across global markets.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and engage high-potential freight forwarders, integrators, and direct shippers to drive new business.
    • Support onboarding and growth of strategic accounts in emerging markets.
    • Build long-term relationships to enable new routes, services, and solutions.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to optimise pricing and capacity.
    • Map market opportunities and provide actionable insights to inform strategy.
    • Participate in RFQs, strategic bids, and high-value negotiations.
    • Contribute to development of value-added cargo products and digital solutions.
    • Work cross-functionally to align commercial and operational teams with market needs.
    Requirements
    • Experience in business development, key account management, or commercial roles within air cargo.
    • Strong commercial insight and understanding of cargo sales processes and revenue management.
    • Hands-on experience with RFQs, pricing strategies, and digital solution implementation.
