Your objective will be to drive growth and support the business development teams for Central and Northern Europe, whilst taking responsibility for a turnover of more than 45 Million Euros.
You duties and responsibilities:
- Managing key accounts of national and international customers, mainly airlines and petroleum companies
- Carrying out market analysis and creating business plans
- Supporting the senior leadership team in projects and acquisitions
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Visiting clients and trade shows
- You will have strong professional experience in commercial management and business development
- You will have a background in the aviation industry with specific experience of ground handling operations
- You will speak fluent German and English and any additional languages would be a bonus
- You will be commercially astute and have high level communication skills
- You will be willing to travel internationally and have a drive for success
- Competitive salary up to €100,000 p/a plus an annual bonus
- Hybrid / remote working - must be based in Germany and able to make regular visits to Hamburg
