Job Description

We have partnered with a boutique London based charter brokerage to support them in growing their leadership team.

This role involves strategic planning, staff management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You will be dedicated to actively developing and maintaining a client base to expand overall charter activities.
You will deliver accurate and timely information to clients while effectively working in a team environment with little to no supervision.  
  • Full-time position, often requiring availability outside of regular business hours.
  • Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients and partners.
  • High-pressure situations requiring quick and effective decision-making.   
We are looking for:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in aviation operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports. Good understanding of flight accounting and economics.
  • Experience with operational systems and technology in aviation.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Strategic planning, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Good project management experience.
  • pleasant and helpful demeanor to deliver the best possible experience to customers.
  • Quality-driven and a passion for excellence.
  • Team leader with experience in team building.
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and regulations.
  • Proficiency with operational software and tools.
