About the Role:
As Group Assurance Manager, you'll lead a team to ensure compliance across various functions, including Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and GDPR. Your responsibilities will include conducting internal compliance audits, analyzing data to drive improvement strategies, and guiding safety investigations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement best practices and stay abreast of regulatory changes.
About You: Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience in line management and auditing.
- Lead auditor qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant regulations (e.g., CAA CAP168, ISO 45001:2018).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Previous aviation compliance experience.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 standards.
