The Role
Reporting the Head of Airport Operations you will be responsible for overseeing and shaping the Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting Service as well as Airside Operations.
You will provide strategic leadership to ensure the highest levels of compliance whilst driving continuous improvement.
About You
You will be a strategic leader with a high level of emotional intelligence and sound operational judgement.
You will have a background in airside operations and will ideally have good knowledge of aviation fire services. You will have an in depth understanding of UK CAA regulations and be proficient in using technology for airport operations.
You will be willing to relocate to the Channel Islands and to fully immerse yourself in local life and community.
