The Role

Reporting directly to the Airport Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading both the strategic direction and day to day delivery of all customer-facing airport services.

You will lead terminal and security operations, ensuring a safe, compliant and seamless passenger journey. You will have oversight of security compliance and regulatory standards as well inspiring and developing high performing teams. 

As part of the strategic leadership team you will drive operational excellence, transformation and continuous improvement as well as ensuring optimal workforce planning to support growth and operational success.

About You

You will be an engaging and credible leader who brings energy, clarity and a passion for safety and outstanding customer experiences.

You will have significant experience in airport security, terminal or operational leadership and will have strong knowledge of aviation security compliance and safety systems. You should have the ability to obtain ASM certification and CTC clearance.

Your leadership style will be collaborative as well as strategic with the ability to inspire teams and drive continuous improvement. 

You must have the right to live and work in the UK and have a genuine desire to relocate to Jersey to be part of, and contribute to island life.
