Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 operational support and respond to operational queries
- Understand mission requirements and set up flights accordingly
- Coordinate and confirm flights with operators, handling agents, fuellers, customs, and immigration
- Apply for landing and overflight permissions
- Monitor flights, keep customers informed, and escalate issues when required
- Optimise aircraft and crew usage within duty and maintenance limits
- Implement recovery plans for delays, AOGs, and disruptions
- Complete flight logs, post-flight data, and contribute to procedures
- Work collaboratively with Commercial and Customer Service teams
- Carry out other reasonable duties as directed by the Line Manager
- Previous experience in an aviation operations environment
- Knowledge of flight and aviation programmes and procedures
