Job Description


We are seeking a driven sales professional to lead helicopter sales and market development across Southern Africa for a global leader in the pre-owned helicopter market. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on transaction execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape the company’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and execute helicopter sales opportunities across Southern Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, buyers, financiers, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to closing.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform tailored offers and strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Provide market intelligence to support future MRO partnerships and ecosystem growth.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in aviation sales or complex B2B transactions (rotary exposure is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in an international environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Southern Africa.
