Are you a people-focused HR professional with a strong grasp of compliance and talent strategy? Our client, a leading aviation MRO provider, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Sharjah. This office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about employee care, regulatory compliance, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and aviation-specific HR regulations
  • Support the business with talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with local and international standards
  • Provide guidance on UK CAA and/or EASA HR-related compliance where applicable
  • Lead initiatives around performance management, training, and development
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals
  • Ensure accurate and confidential HR record-keeping and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or technical industries
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with UK CAA and/or EASA frameworks is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus
