Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labour laws and aviation-specific HR regulations
- Support the business with talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, welfare, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with local and international standards
- Provide guidance on UK CAA and/or EASA HR-related compliance where applicable
- Lead initiatives around performance management, training, and development
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals
- Ensure accurate and confidential HR record-keeping and reporting
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aviation, aerospace, or technical industries
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
- Familiarity with UK CAA and/or EASA frameworks is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is a plus
