Are you a strategic finance leader with deep experience in aviation or MRO environments? Our client is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of their growing MRO business in Sharjah. This is a pivotal role, partnering closely with the CEO to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance dashboards
- Ensure regulatory compliance (VAT, FTA, corporate tax, aviation-specific)
- Oversee monthly/annual reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Drive cost-efficiency across operations, procurement, and supply chain
- Manage treasury, cash flow, FX, and working capital
- Champion digital transformation and ERP/BI tool optimization
- Lead risk management, governance, and business continuity planning
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team
- Experience in progressive finance leadership, ideally in aviation/MRO/manufacturing
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, compliance, and financial strategy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion) and BI tools
- Professional qualification: CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
- Degree in Finance/Accounting is advantageous
- Deep understanding of aviation cost structures, contracts, and UAE regulations
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
