Job Description

For this role, you will manage the day to day relationships with aircraft owners, acting as their main point of contact. You will coordinate all aspects of their flights while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high end experience.

Salary: €55,000 - €60,000

Requirements:
  • Experience in flight operations or business aviation.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft management, charter operations, and owner needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with flight planning tools, CRM systems, and digital reporting platforms.
  • Customer focused, professional, and discreet.
  • Flexible to work outside regular hours or travel if needed.
  • Right to work in EU countries.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for aircraft owners, ensuring professional communication.
  • Coordinate flight requests, bookings, operational planning, and crew.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and financial records.
  • Work with operations, CAMO, finance, and commercial teams to align schedules, maintenance, and costs.
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve issues proactively.
