Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Flight Dispatcher with a passion for business aviation. In this role, you will join the Operations Team as a proactive and dynamic professional, contributing to safe, efficient, and seamless flight operations.

Location: Malta
Salary: €36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate flight operations worldwide, taking into account routing, weather, payload, and operational constraints
  • Prepare comprehensive flight planning packages and all necessary documentation for flight crews
  • Liaise with flight support providers, handlers, and operational partners to ensure all pre-flight requirements are met
  • Arrange ground services, including fueling, handling, catering, crew accommodation, and transportation
  • Secure, verify, and manage overflight and landing permits
  • Coordinate airport slots and ensure all operational clearances are obtained prior to flight release
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sales and operational teams during the pre-flight phase
Requirements
  • Previous experience in flight dispatch or flight operations, ideally within business aviation
  • Strong knowledge of international flight planning and pre-flight operational procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple flights simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Hold an EU Citizenship
