What You’ll Be Doing:  Lead from the Front
  • Drive new business in private jet sales and acquisitions, leveraging your network and hunting for new opportunities globally.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, family offices, and corporate buyers.
Own the Market
  • Stay ahead of trends in aircraft values, model performance, and global demand.
  • Guide clients with confidence using deep insights and tailored market intelligence.
Close with Confidence
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact to signed contract across multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Use your technical know-how to advise clients on specs, maintenance records, and operational fit.
Be the Trusted Expert
  • Collaborate with MROs, operators, and legal advisors to ensure smooth, successful deals.
  • Negotiate win-win outcomes while protecting long-term client interests.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Experienced: 5+ years in aircraft brokerage, private jet sales, or a closely related role.
  • Knowledgeable: Strong technical understanding of business jets (performance, specs, maintenance).
  • Connected: You know how to build, grow, and sustain relationships with high-value clients.
  • Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Credible: You're professional, polished, and comfortable advising C-suite executives and UHNWI.
  • Mobile: Able to travel internationally and be based full-time in Monaco.
