GOOSE are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading aviation aftermarket provider based in Miami, FL. The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and managing strategic customer relationships. You will broker and sell aircraft parts, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored aviation material solutions. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where your expertise in aviation aftermarket sales will make a real impact.


You will:
  • Develop and grow key customer accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Broker and sell aircraft parts, including exchanges, outright sales, and repair management.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and platforms such as ILS, Aeroxchange, and PartsBase.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while ensuring compliance with contracts.
  • Manage orders in Quantum Control or similar ERP systems and coordinate logistics for on-time delivery.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
About You

You will have:

  • Strong knowledge of aviation supply chains, USM material, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong experience in aviation aftermarket sales, account management, or parts brokering.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Proficiency in Quantum Control, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A hunter-sales mentality with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
