About the Role A prestigious and discreet private operation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Flight Attendant to join a long‑standing and well‑established aviation team. The existing crew has been with this operation for over 10 years, reflecting exceptional stability, trust, and a supportive working environment. This role requires a refined service professional who can work independently and deliver consistently exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fully self-sufficient inflight service, including all safety, hospitality, and cabin preparation duties.
- Provide occasional support with catering, household, and ministry‑related tasks (approximately 5% of the role).
- Maintain a polished, meticulous cabin environment with personalised service tailored to the principal's expectations.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
- Integrate seamlessly into a loyal, long-tenured crew structure.
- Approx. 250 annual flying hours.
- Travel profile: 90% within the EU.
- Work within a stable private operation with a crew that has remained for 10+ years.
- Strong background in private or corporate aviation service.
- Ability to operate autonomously without the need for call‑back to base.
- Excellent organisational capability and refined, detail-focused service standards.
- Valid UK Cabin Crew Licence.
