The Role:
As Senior Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with private aviation agencies, brokers, and high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with booking agencies, aviation brokers, and private clients.
- Promote and sell dry hire services to high-net-worth individuals, executives, and private aviation customers.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase aircraft hire volumes.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless booking and client experience.
- Provide regular insights on market trends and customer preferences to help shape sales strategy.
- Strong B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in private aviation, luxury travel, or other high-value service sectors.
- Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and executive clients.
- A proactive, self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for business development.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of aviation sales processes, particularly in relation to brokers and agencies.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients across the UK as needed.
