What is Scoot?
Scoot launched its first flight ever, from Singapore to Sydney, in 2012. As the low-cost arm of the Singapore Airlines Group, it was established as a new airline to shake up the low-cost carrier market.
From starting out with just three aircraft, Scoot’s fleet now comprises nearly 50 aircraft, comprised of Boeing 787 Dreamliner's and Airbus A320-family aircraft and they operate more than 140 flights per day. Scoot’s network presently encompasses 667 destinations across 17 countries and territories, with 9 more destinations from India, Indonesia and Malaysia to join the network by the second half of 2020.
