Business Travel Coordinator
Location: United Kingdom, Surrey 
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum + shift pay
Contract: Full-time, 4 days on / 4 days off

As a Business Travel Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective management of travel logistics for colleagues and flight crew. You will coordinate hotels, transport, and travel arrangements, ensuring all bookings meet operational and regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all business travel, hotel, and transport arrangements via third-party travel suppliers.
  • Provide clear and timely travel information to colleagues and crew.
  • Liaise closely with crewing officers to ensure Flight Time Limitation (FTL) compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel and hotel partners to ensure service levels are met.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Verify and manage travel-related invoices and ensure accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel industry, including at least 1 year within aviation.
  • Strong understanding of travel booking platforms and travel logistics.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with proven problem-solving ability.
  • High level of IT proficiency across multiple systems.
  • Knowledge of Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management (advantageous).
  • You must hold the existing right to live and work in the UK to be considered.

This position is office-based at the company’s head office in Surrey operating on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, with flexibility required to meet operational needs.
