You will be responsible for-
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the AOC/CAMO and ATO compliance department to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and all internal procedures and processes
- Maintenance and monitoring of the operating manuals and the associated procedure manuals and process descriptions as well as the forms (OM, SOP & CAME)
- Organization (and, if necessary, implementation) of training courses and issuance of certifications according to ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 14001/2015 within the scope of your personal qualification
- Evaluation of internal complaint protocols and participation in the definition and implementation of corrective measures
- Contact person for aviation authorities and our customers in the context of compliance-related topics
- If you have the appropriate qualifications in accordance with NfL 2-274-16 and NfL 2-575-20, we offer you the opportunity to develop into a manager in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1321/2014, Regulation (EU) 965/2012 and Regulation (EU) 1178/2011
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years in a corresponding position in aviation
- Relevant knowledge related to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and the application of aviation security standards
- EASA Part-CAMO, EASA Air Operations and EASA Air Crew and related requirements and procedures
- Knowledge of continuing airworthiness management and aircraft maintenance
- Knowledge of flight operations (CAT, SPO, SPA) and crew training and licensing
- Knowledge of compliance management and experience as a senior auditor
- Planning, reporting, implementation of measures
- Consideration of human factors, performance and limitations
