EASA Licensed H145 CO‑PILOT (HEMS)
We are hiring motivated and capable H145 Co‑Pilots to support HEMS operations across Portugal. This position is ideal for developing pilots seeking demanding missions, operational exposure, and career growth within a high‑professional‑standard environment.
Key Requirements
- Portuguese native preferred, but Portuguese proficiency is essential.
- Must be comfortable speaking and coordinating in Portuguese.
- 1000+ hours TT ideal, though flexibility exists for non‑current pilots.
- 7 days on / 7 days off schedule.
- Travel days included within rostered duty.
- €100/day travel day allowance.
- No per diems, but all travel and accommodation costs covered.
- Non‑current / expired licences accepted, with support for revalidation.
- 6‑month bond, total 2‑year commitment for non-recent candidates.
- Must live in Portugal or nearby with willingness to work across multiple bases.
- Must be flexible — no permanently assigned base.
- Support the Commander in all flight phases and mission‑critical tasks.
- Assist with navigation, communication, aircraft systems, and situational awareness.
- Maintain high‑quality CRM, discipline, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with medical teams and mission dispatch to ensure safe execution.
