GOOSE is working with a respected aviation operator to recruit a Pre-Operations & Crewing Officer to support flight operations and crew planning. This role bridges the gap between rostering, training, travel, and day-to-day operations, ensuring all crew-related logistics run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate crew travel, accommodation, and transport with third-party suppliers.
  • Manage and verify invoices related to crew logistics.
  • Support crew rostering and planning, ensuring compliance with flight time and fatigue regulations.
  • Track crew qualifications, training needs, and leave requests.
  • Monitor flight setups to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in managing fatigue reports and improving roster quality.
  • Provide operational support to Duty Managers and collaborate across departments.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote and uphold a strong safety culture within operations.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience in aviation operations, ideally within pre-ops, crewing, or rostering.
  • Understanding of Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and Fatigue Risk Management preferred.
  • Familiarity with aviation management systems (LEON experience advantageous).
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
