Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate crew travel, accommodation, and transport with third-party suppliers.
- Manage and verify invoices related to crew logistics.
- Support crew rostering and planning, ensuring compliance with flight time and fatigue regulations.
- Track crew qualifications, training needs, and leave requests.
- Monitor flight setups to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Assist in managing fatigue reports and improving roster quality.
- Provide operational support to Duty Managers and collaborate across departments.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote and uphold a strong safety culture within operations.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience in aviation operations, ideally within pre-ops, crewing, or rostering.
- Understanding of Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and Fatigue Risk Management preferred.
- Familiarity with aviation management systems (LEON experience advantageous).
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
