What qualifications or licences do I need to apply?

Most engineering roles require a valid EASA, UK CAA, or FAA Part-66 Licence (or equivalent), along with relevant type ratings or approvals. Additional certifications, such as human factors, fuel tank safety, and recent type-specific experience, are often necessary.

Do I need to have a type rating to apply?

While type ratings on specific aircraft (e.g. A320, B737, ATR) are preferred for many roles, some employers offer type training. If you’re in the process of obtaining a type rating or planning to do so, we can advise on which types are most in demand.

What are the working conditions like in MRO roles?

MRO work can involve shift patterns including nights and weekends. Roles may be based in hangars (base maintenance) or on the ramp (line maintenance), often in dynamic and safety-critical environments.

Do you recruit for CAMO and continuing airworthiness roles?

Yes, we place candidates in CAMO Engineer, Airworthiness Review Staff, and Technical Services roles, which require strong regulatory knowledge and experience working with Part-M, Part-CAMO, or Part-145 frameworks.
