GOOSE Recruitment is working with a growing private jet operator based in London, and we’re looking to hire a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting phase in the company’s development.

Compliance Monitoring Manager
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
Sector: Private Aviation

This is a key postholder role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to maintain and enhance the company’s high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the Compliance Monitoring System across the business.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in line with the UK CAA requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal departments to ensure continuous improvement.
Essential Experience:
  • Proven background in Flight Operations and Airworthiness.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working in a similar compliance or quality role within aviation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with Centrik or similar operational management systems. 
You must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and be able to pass the UK CAA's Postholder interview for this position.
