We are recruiting on behalf of a business aviation operator seeking an experienced and motivated Flight Dispatcher / OCC Officer to join its Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Ground Operations Manager, supporting worldwide flight operations and ensuring the efficient, compliant, and seamless execution of missions. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end flight planning for worldwide business aviation operations Obtaining and managing overflight and landing permits Handling operational and ad‑hoc flight support requests Preparing and conducting crew briefings Coordinating and organising crew accommodation and logistics Monitoring and interpreting weather and NOTAMs Supporting day‑to‑day activities within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) Carrying out any additional OCC‑related duties as required Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Flight Dispatcher, ideally within business aviation Sound knowledge of: Aircraft performance and operating limitations Flight planning procedures Worldwide weather and NOTAM interpretation Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, operational environment Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working on own initiative A collaborative team player with a professional and analytical mindset Profile Sought Highly organised and detail‑oriented Hardworking with a strong sense of operational responsibility Flexible and solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving Comfortable supporting international operations across multiple time zones Remuneration An attractive remuneration package, commensurate with qualifications and experience, is offered: Entry‑level: approximately €36,000 Senior‑level: Circa €50,000
