- Flight Ops inspection and audit support, investigation, corrective actions and implementation/improvements as required
- Developing operational and company procedures/continuous improvement
- Supporting Flight ops risk assessments
- Supporting training standardisations processes and practices to align processes and procedures used across the fleet are standardised
- Support with safety report investigations
- Support with national authority audits
As this role is fluid at the moment it may well be that we adjust the above to fit potential candidates based on knowledge and experience or we develop potential candidates in to what we need as a company.
The aim of the role is to support our flying post holders - post holder flight specifically - to help my clients team grow as a company. Knowledge of any/all of the following systems would be beneficial: Centrik, Trustflight Tech log and MEL manager, MADCAP, APG, ForeFlight and LEON. Excellent Microsoft office suite skills is essential.
