An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Controller to join a leading VIP and corporate aviation operator based at Farnborough Airport. This role is part of a dynamic 24/7 operations team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of worldwide flight activities for a diverse fleet of business jets.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Worldwide trip planning and support from confirmation to landing, including handling arrangements, permits, flight planning, crewing, and flight watch.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling and compliance with aviation regulations.
- Supporting flight crews with flight packages and weather briefings.
- Managing and storing operational documents and data in line with company policy.
- Maintaining a library of current manuals, regulatory publications, and essential operational documents.
- Acting as the focal point for flight and schedule management within the operations team.
- Ability to work 24/7 shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Strong knowledge of UK and European aviation legislation.
- Experience in worldwide flight planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
