We are seeking an experienced UK CAA Licensed First Officer to operate a Bombardier Challenger 650 based in London. This position offers a balanced roster and the opportunity to work within a professional flight department on a mix of private and charter operations, with a strong emphasis on non‑chartered flying.

- Operate the Challenger 650 as First Officer in full compliance with UK CAA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the Captain in ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion across all flight operations.
- Work effectively within a three‑crew environment, contributing to safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated operations.
- Assist in maintaining operational readiness for both private and charter missions, with a primary focus on private operations.
- Participate in flight planning, including performance calculations, weather analysis, fuel planning, and associated risk assessments.
- Execute assigned duties during all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, CRM, and TEM principles.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service suited to a UHNW/VIP operating environment.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, licences, and training records in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- UK CAA ATPL or CPL/IR with valid Challenger 650 type rating.
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, with relevant multi‑engine jet experience (time on type preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of UK CAA and EASA regulations applicable to business aviation operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high‑discretion, VIP environment.
- Excellent communication, CRM, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to operate a 20/10 roster and adapt to occasional schedule changes.
